Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the luxury clothing store, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction.
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective inventory management, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display layouts, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment.

Job Requirements :

• 6-7 years' experience in retail management or related field (apparel/lifestyle/luxury sales).
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong communication skills with ability to motivate staff at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury clothes products.
