Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee floor management by ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  
• Supervise stock management activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing stock to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory levels.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  
• Ensure effective loss prevention measures are in place to minimize shoplifting incidents.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail management or related field (store operations).
  
• Strong understanding of store setup, shrinkage control, and loss prevention principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer service.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
