Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and improve key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ABV, and Sell Through.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and SOP compliance.
• Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly shopping environment.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 7 10 years of retail experience, with at least 3-4 years as a Store Manager.
• Experience in premium fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and business KPIs.
• Proficient in excel and power point
