Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Lenskart store.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, conversion and other business KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory, stock availability and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct team training and performance reviews.
• Maintain store hygiene, discipline and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the regional and central teams for smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements

• 34+ years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
• Experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
• Experience in retail, apparel, QSR, fashion or consumer-facing businesses preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of sales KPIs, SOPs and team management.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
