About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for Store Manager and Floor Manager positions for a leading Jewellery Retail Brand in Greater Noida. Candidates with strong experience in jewellery retail, team handling, sales, and showroom operations are preferred.

1. Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive store sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain premium showroom standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth store operations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports and store performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility

• 4–10 years of total experience in Jewellery Retail.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager role.
• Strong experience in team handling and showroom operations.
• Excellent sales, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery retail and sales processes.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

2. Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and ensure excellent customer engagement.
• Guide, monitor, and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Allocate customers and manage sales floor activities effectively.
• Ensure proper jewellery product display and merchandising.
• Monitor showroom presentation and service standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Track individual team performance and provide regular guidance.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and jewellery handling procedures.

Eligibility

• 3–8 years of experience in Jewellery Retail or Luxury Retail.
• Prior experience in team handling and sales floor management.
• Jewellery Retail experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Excellent sales and convincing abilities.
• Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with Jewellery Retail experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
