Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly KPIs and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure smooth store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to SOPs.
• Handle customer complaints, monitor buying trends, and align strategies to improve footfall and conversion.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; conduct appraisals and support team development.
• Maintain store presentation and compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, expenses, and performance reports.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of retail operations stock, cash handling, SOPs
• Sales planning, performance tracking, and target achievement
• Knowledge of Indian retailing trends and customer behavior
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure visual merchandising standards
• Analytical skills for understanding buying trends and making strategic decisions
