About the Role

:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our retail store at DB Mall, Bhopal

.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Consumer Durables / Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances / Retail industry and must have worked specifically as a Store Manager, handling the complete day-to-day operations, sales, team management, inventory and customer experience of a retail store

.The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store sales, achieving revenue targets, managing the store team, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring an excellent customer experience

• e.Ensure the store is opened and closed as per defined processe
• s.Maintain high standards of store hygiene, presentation and disciplin
• e.Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and retail processe
• s.Coordinate with HO / Area Sales Team for operational requirement

• ntLead, manage and motivate the store sales tea
• m.Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performanc
• e.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team member
• s.Ensure the team has adequate product knowledge and selling skill
• s.Manage attendance, discipline and grooming standards of the store tea

m.4. Inventory Manageme

• ntEnsure accurate stock management and inventory contro
• l.Monitor stock availability, inward and outward movement and stock agein
• g.Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure minimum stock discrepancie
• s.Coordinate with the concerned teams for replenishment and stock requirement
• s.Ensure proper handling and storage of product

• e.Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations effectivel
• y.Ensure customers receive accurate product information and suitable recommendation
