Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction strategies.
  
• Supervise store staff to achieve sales targets, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of service excellence.
  
• Develop and implement effective retail operations plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including store setup, supervision, planning & execution.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership & customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends & opportunities for improvement.
