Job Description
- Bifurcation of material and assembling them as per project-wise
- Receiving material from vendors and keeping the record of the same
- Verification of stock management on regular basis
- Coordination with vendors and transporters for timely delivery
- Keeping records of the material issued and maintain them on regular basis
- Receipt of material - physical receipt and make an entry in system on same day
- Setting up proper storage of material and labelling the same
- Issuing material as per the priority and keeping the record of the same
- Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Store areas
- Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items
- Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports
- Send documents to accounts for making payments
- Ensure safe handling of materials
- Protect employees by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent
- Reporting to the superior
- Any other work given by the top management
