Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the luxury Beauty Brand showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display setup, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (luxury goods preferred).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of apparel industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
