Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail / FMCG / Footwear Store Operations.
• Experience in handling store operations and a retail team.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Handle sales targets, customer service and team performance.
• Manage inventory, stock checking and product display.
• Ensure proper store maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Handle billing, cash management and daily reports.
• Train and motivate store staff.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
