Role - Store Manager

Notice period - Immediate to 15 days Notice period 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in retail store operations or management.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory management, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
