Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in retail or related field (optical industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of optics, ophthalmology, and eyewear products.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
