Store Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor sales KPIs and team performance.
• Manage inventory, stock and store security.
• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Conduct team briefings and product training.
• Maintain sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies.

Senior Stylist / Stylist Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Explain jewellery, diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Maintain product presentation and store standards.
• Update customer/CRM and sales records.
• Support store promotions and marketing activities.
• Follow company SOPs and retail processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from the Lab-Grown Diamond industry only.
• Experience in jewellery/luxury retail will be preferred.
• Strong communication, customer handling and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
