Role & Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold PUMA brand standards.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation.
• Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance standards.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with franchise management and support functions for smooth store operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
• Prior experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Retail Supervisor.
• Strong experience in sales management and team handling.
• Experience in Apparel, Footwear, Sportswear, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Specialty Retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and leadership-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working weekends and rotational holidays as per retail requirements.
