Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Monitor customer experience and ensure high service standards.
• Drive inventory management, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and merchandise availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and audit requirements.
• Analyse store performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
