Store Manager _Pre-Owned Two-Wheeler Showroom

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage showroom operations, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the showroom team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales and profitability for pre-owned vehicles.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and vehicle availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Executives, CREs, and support staff.
• Track KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience managing an automotive showroom/dealership.
• Experience in pre-owned/used vehicle or two-wheeler sales preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong team management, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM/DMS and automotive sales software preferred.
