Store manager/Outlet Manager/Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store/outlet/branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve sales, revenue and operational targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, manpower planning, duty allocation and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, stock, wastage and inventory control.
• Ensure proper product display, hygiene, food safety and 5S standards.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, stock and operational reports.
• Control labour cost, wastage and operational expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Train, guide and motivate employees to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Production, Purchase, Accounts and other departments.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly outlet performance reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Diploma/+2 preferred.
• 38 years of relevant experience in food, sweets, bakery, QSR, restaurant or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, inventory, manpower and customer handling.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience in multi-outlet operations will be preferred.
