Swagatham Global Connect is hiring an experienced Store Manager for a reputed company in Mal, Maldives. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for candidates with strong experience in store operations, inventory management, and warehouse administration.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
* Supervise store assistants and assign daily tasks efficiently.
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
* Prepare stock, inventory, and sales reports using MS Excel and inventory systems.
* Coordinate with procurement, project teams, accounts, and management for material requirements.
* Ensure proper storage, handling, security, and issuance of materials.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and audits.
* Implement and follow company procedures for inventory control and store management.
Eligibility Criteria
* Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
* Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and inventory software.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Passport-ready candidates preferred for immediate processing.
