About the Role

We are looking for a well groomed, polished, confident, and results-driven Store Manager to support the running of our Gurgaon showroom. As a Store Manager you will lead the sales team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and keep the showroom performing to a true luxury standard.

This role is ideal for professionals from jewellery brands, diamond retailers or bridal jewellery stores who are ready to step up into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Ownership

• Take shared ownership of the store's monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, and drive daily sales performance
• Personally close high-value sales across engagement solitaires rings.
• Convert walk-ins, appointments, and leads into sales through consultative selling
• Maximise average order value and conversion rates through upselling, cross-selling, and customisation
• Drive repeat purchases, referrals, and festive and wedding-season sales through strong client relationships
• Track sales performance against targets, analyse gaps, and share regular reports with management

Store Operations

• Support daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Maintain accurate stock control through regular inventory audits, tagging, and security protocols
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies, hallmarking norms, and store safety standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Track sales performance and share regular reports with management

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver a premium, personalised experience to every customer, from welcome to after-sales care
• Help close high-value sales across engagement solitaires rings.
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations with professionalism
• Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals
• Brand Presentation
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of jewellery retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of natural diamonds, gold, solitaires, and fine jewellery, including pricing and hallmarking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A well-groomed, polished, and professional presence
• Proven ability to guide a team and consistently meet sales targets
• Working knowledge of billing/POS systems and inventory management
• High integrity and accountability, as the role involves high-value inventory
• Genuine passion for luxury products and exceptional customer experiences
