About the Role

Lenskart is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experience, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and NPS.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
• Manage team performance, staffing, and attrition.
• Ensure effective cash, inventory, and stock management.
• Ensure SOP, POS, and operational compliance.
• Maintain store standards, upkeep, and security.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate: Minimum 6 years total experience, including 2 years as Store Manager.
• Graduate: Minimum 4 years total experience with 2 years of team-handling experience.
• Minimum 2 members handled directly.
• Strong communication, leadership, customer handling, and sales skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and strong in people management.
