Key Responsibilities

Sales and Operational Excellence:

• Exceed Sales KPIs and maintain operational excellence.
• Empower the team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and conduct store audits.

Be a Role Model:

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Create engaging narratives for customer engagement.
• Inspire and coach sales associates.
• Ensure team members embody brand's commitment to creativity and play.

Customer Experience:

• Provide clear direction for delivering a signature experience.
• Maintain visually appealing store displays.
• Maximize repeat business and Net Promoter Score

Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit and develop a high performing team.
• Communicate effectively through coaching and performance management.
• Identify and develop talent for career progression

Collaboration and Business Performance:

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong teamwork to deliver business performance
• Solve store issues to ensure smooth operations

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 6 years in retail management roles.
• Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Keen eye for visual merchandising and store layout.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve operational issues.
