Store Manager For OWND (ABFRL)

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average bill value, UPT, and store productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a positive, high-performing, and customer-focused work environment.

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Build customer loyalty through engagement and relationship management.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth functioning of all store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Inventory & Loss Prevention

• Manage stock accuracy and conduct periodic inventory checks.
• Minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and inventory losses.
• Ensure proper handling of stock receipts, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain asset protection and security standards.

Financial Management

• Control store expenses and optimize operational costs.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales and financial transactions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain store safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all team members comply with health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 4-8 years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, lifestyle, electronics, or similar retail sectors preferred.
