Store Manager - Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom/store.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and store-level targets.
• Handle customer interactions, understand requirements, and provide personalized jewellery recommendations.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of gold, diamond, bridal, and other jewellery products.
• Maintain proper inventory and stock records, including receiving, tagging, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper security and handling of high-value jewellery.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store MIS.
• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
