Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and housekeeping.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Coordinate with the HO/operations team for smooth store functioning.
