Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  
• Oversee retail sales performance, customer service, and team leadership.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all aspects of store operations.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth through improved sales figures.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., buying, marketing) to achieve overall organizational goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in apparel industry or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, mall operations, store management, store supervision, store setup, store planning, retail management, retail merchandising.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions and drive results-oriented decision-making.
