Store Keeper

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper for our pump manufacturing company at Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily store operations and inventory management.
• Manage material inward and outward entries.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain stock registers, GRN, material issue slips and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
• Identify and store materials properly as per part numbers and drawings.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Handle material identification, documentation and stock reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
• Experience in stores and inventory management, preferably in pump manufacturing, mechanical seals, valves or heavy engineering industries.
• Knowledge of material inward/outward, GRN, stock registers and inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and store management software/ERP.
• Good coordination, documentation and organizational skills.
