Store Keeper Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
2. Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
3. Issue materials to the production department as per authorized requirements.
4. Update daily stock registers and inventory records.
5. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
6. Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages.
7. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
8. Maintain inward, outward, GRN, and material issue documentation.
9. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
10. Maintain store cleanliness, follow FIFO, and ensure safety and 5S standards.
