Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:-

• Receive and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory in Excel or ERP software.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of cement, steel, tools, and other materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the purchase department and site engineers for material requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.

Qualification :-

12th Pass / ITI / Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

2-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction company or civil contracting firm.

Experience:-

2-5 years of experience in construction stores management.

Required Skills:-

• Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Good coordination and record-keeping abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, and plumbing/electrical materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and store documentation.
• Good coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
