Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain the inventory of materials for our real estate firm. The Storekeeper will be responsible for tracking stock levels, receiving and storing materials, and ensuring accurate records are maintained to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive & Inspect Materials Check incoming materials against POs for quantity and quality.
• Material Storage – Organize and store materials in designated areas for easy access.
• Inventory Management – Maintain accurate records of stock, quantity, location & condition.
• Stock Audits – Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Material Requisitions – Prepare and process material requisition orders as required.
• Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely deliveries and returns.
• Inventory Reporting – Prepare reports on stock levels, usage & shortages.
• Project Support – Ensure timely supply of materials to project teams.
• Disposal Management – Assist with the disposal of damaged or obsolete materials.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze inventory data.
