Store Keeper

• Material Handling: Receiving, inspecting (quality, quantity, condition), storing, and issuing construction supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records (logbooks, registers, computer systems) of all stock movements, conducting regular stocktakes, and monitoring minimum/maximum levels.
• Documentation: Preparing reports (consumption, discrepancies), tracking damages, and managing related paperwork like invoices and delivery notes.
• Coordination: Liaising with engineers, procurement, and site teams to understand material needs and ensure timely supply, following up with suppliers if needed.
• Site Control: Supervising the site for wastage, ensuring proper use, securing materials overnight, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the store area.
• Reporting: Informing relevant personnel about low stock levels or surplus materials to facilitate reordering or reallocation.
