Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of mining materials, spares, tools, PPE, and consumables.
Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue/return slips, and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of materials.
Coordinate with Mining, Maintenance, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
Prepare daily/monthly stock reports and support inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with site safety and company store procedures.
