About this role
- Coordinate with the Quality Team for inward material quality confirmation before updating stock in the system.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team to verify inward quantity and price against the PO.
- Maintain and close Delivery Challan, Returnable DC and Non-Returnable DC documentation on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare the 15-day stock report.
- Prepare and update the 60+ days non-utilized stock report.
- Maintain Bin Cards and Location Master.
- Carry out stock transfers physically and in the system only against approved Indents and maintain the Indent File.
- Coordinate with transporters for inward and outward material movement.
- Generate E-Way Bills as required.
- Identify and resolve double/duplicate stock entries in the system.
- Follow up on pending Work Orders.
- Prepare and maintain the Monthly Closing Stock Report.
- Track PDS stocks, patterns and machining materials lying with vendors and ensure required certificates are obtained.
- Ensure physical stock and system stock are matched and maintain stock accuracy.
- Verify transporter trip sheets, kilometres and document numbers.
- Support Production and Purchase Departments in material follow-up and related activities.
- Maintain proper stores records and documentation for all material movements.
