Job Description Store In-Charge

• Designation: Store In-Charge
• Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit - Electric Two Wheelers
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards and entries for all materials and spare parts.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling and systematic storage of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts for timely material movement.
• Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice and quantity.
• Issue materials to production strictly as per approved BOM / material requisition.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and prevent damage, deterioration or pilferage.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and discipline.
• Experience: 3–7 years in stores/inventory, preferably in an automotive/EV manufacturing environment.
