Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store & Inventory to manage end-to-end store operations, inventory management, stock movement, material planning, reconciliation, and documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Bills of Material (BOM), inventory control, stock management, and Tally Prime systems.

Responsibilities:

1.BOM (Bill of Materials) Entry

• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate BOMs, ensuring that all materials, components, and quantities required for production are tracked efficiently.
• Works with finance and operations teams to ensure BOM is accurately reflected in accounting systems.

2.Material In-Out Management

• Manages the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse and production facility.
• Coordinates with procurement and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels and accurate financial entries for inventory changes, including the impact of GST on purchases and sales.

3.Rejection In-Out Management

• Handles the recording and processing of rejected goods, either from suppliers (rejection out) or back into stock after rework (rejection in).
• Ensures that GST implications of rejected goods are properly managed and reported in accounting records.

4.Delivery Challan Processing

• Oversees the creation and management of delivery challans, ensuring that they align with customer orders and regulatory requirements (including GST on deliveries).
• Works with the sales team to ensure that the correct GST rates are applied and reported on the delivery challan.

5.Debit Note/Credit Note Entry

• Manages the issuance of debit and credit notes to adjust accounts due to billing discrepancies, product returns, or other adjustments.
• Ensures that the correct GST adjustments are made and accurately reflected in the accounting records, especially for purchases and sales returns.

6.Sales/Purchase Transaction Entry

• Ensures that all sales and purchase transactions are recorded accurately, including GST details, in the accounting system.
• Works with the accounts department to ensure the correct GST is applied on invoices (both for purchases and sales), and records are updated accordingly for GST filing.

7.Batch-Wise Stock Maintenance

• Oversees inventory tracking by batch, ensuring proper control over stock, including batch-specific GST reporting.
• Ensures that the GST implications for each batch, especially for items subject to different GST rates, are captured and reported correctly.

8.Cost Centre Management

• Manages costs for various departments, projects, or units within the organization, ensuring that GST is correctly accounted for in all cost entries.
• Coordinates with finance to ensure that cost centre allocations are correctly reported, with appropriate GST treatment in the financial statements.

9.Job Work Order Processing

• Issues and monitors job work orders, ensuring that costs and GST are properly accounted for in job work transactions.
• Ensures the proper documentation is maintained for GST purposes, such as job work agreements and invoice adjustments for any materials provided to the job worker

Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in inventory management and accounts administration.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and inventory management systems.
