• Drive sales targets and overall store performance.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage stock, product ordering and inventory controls.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales, stock and MIS reports.
• Lead, train and develop the store team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.

Skills Required: Strong communication, sales orientation, customer handling, team management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
