Store Incharge - Transmission Line | Substation Line

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in identifying store land and setting up the store for newly awarded projects.
• Receive and verify incoming materials as per supply documents.
• Stack and store materials safely as per client norms and requirements.
• Verify received materials and prepare a shortage report (if any) within 7 days of receipt.
• Conduct Joint Verification Reports (JVR) for tower parts along with the supplier.
• Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
• Update daily material and T&P receipts/issues in the ERP system.
• Prepare ERP issue challans and E-Way bills for all outgoing materials.
• Maintain all registers and stock records accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material reports and stock statements.
• Support internal and external audits and assist in techno-commercial documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages in advance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of store management and material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and stock documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, site teams, and project staff.
• Willing to work on-site and manage physical store operations.
