Job Description Store Executive/Store Incharge

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the inward and outward movement of materials and maintain stock records.
• Receive materials and verify quantities against invoices and delivery challans.
• Issue materials to laboratory and other departments as per requirements.
• Maintain inventory records using Excel and stock registers.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and identify damaged or expired materials.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for material availability and timely deliveries.
• Maintain records of purchase invoices, delivery challans, and stock transactions.
• Prepare stock reports and inform management about low-stock items.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the store area.
• Follow applicable storage, safety, and material-handling procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with store or inventory management experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in store management, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
• Good coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and manage materials efficiently.Role & responsibilities
