Store Incharge ( Sanjay Nagar)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise picking, packing, inventory and order processing activities.
• Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and guide the store team, including attendance and daily task allocation.
• Ensure orders are processed on time and operational targets are achieved.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and proper product arrangement.
• Handle stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues and report them to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth order dispatch.
