For SG Green Plant -Raipur

1. Inventory control: Manage receipt, storage, issue and stock accuracy of steel plates, coils, sections, bolts, fasteners, paint, consumables and spares. Run FIFO, bin-location and ABC classification, and keep ERP records current in SAP - MM module
2. Material receipt and quality: Check incoming material against PO, MTC and heat numbers. Coordinate with QC for inspection and traceability, and manage the rejection and return process.
3. Issue and production support: Supply raw material to Cutting, Fabrication, Welding and Painting on the basis of the production plan and BOM. Minimise shortages, excess issue and wastage.
4. Stock audits and planning: Run cycle counts and physical stock verification. Reconcile ERP against physical stock, manage reorder levels, and handle scrap, offcut and surplus steel with proper reporting.
5. Safety, housekeeping and team management: Keep the yard and warehouse safe, including crane, forklift and rigging safety. Maintain 5S, supervise and train the stores team, and report stock, ageing and MIS data to the Plant Head.
