Store Incharge (Pattalam, Thiruvottriyur)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and maintain stock records.
• Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
• Issue materials as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and material handling.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and other departments.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
• Prevent material damage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials.
