Store Incharge - Palavakkam ECR Store

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our Palavakkam, ECR store, ensuring smooth sales, customer service and store operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, opening and closing.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage billing, cash/UPI/card transactions and daily collections.
• Monitor stock, product displays and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain daily sales, stock and staff reports.
• Ensure store SOPs and company policies are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail/store management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and team-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of billing, inventory and Excel.
• Responsible, proactive and well-organised.
• Ability to independently manage the store and team.
