Store Incharge || Assitant Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail store management.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Handle team management, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain store hygiene, VM (visual merchandising), and stock availability
• Monitor inventory, reduce shrinkage, and control losses
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with warehouse and online order fulfillment (if applicable)

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in retail/store management
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in supermarkets/retail chains preferred
