Store In-charge (T Nagar, Guindy, Thoraipakam )

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and manage store staff, pickers, packers and delivery operations.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Track orders, dispatches and TAT to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety and operational standards.
• Handle stock receiving, put-away, cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with delivery, warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Identify operational issues and take quick corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes and quality standards.
