Store in charge & Assistant Store in charge (Thyagarajanagar, BLR)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Supervise picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the defined timelines.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and shift allocation.
• Maintain proper stock records and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
• Report daily performance, stock discrepancies, and operational issues to the FC Manager.
