Store - Field Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for execution of outdoor advertisement and managing vendors and branch collateral requirement

Vendor management:

• Vendor evaluation and Negotiation
• Manage offsite printing vendors and negotiation
• Manage outdoor advertising vendors (Hoarding, bus branding, skywalkers)
• Manage bills and receipts of outdoor ad
• Manage PO and quotations
• Plan for the branding on bus with bus route, passengers market data

Marketing coordination:

• Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies to support Bhima's launch and ongoing growth
• Plan and execute BTL campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define brand positioning and messaging tailored to the Indian market.
• Organize launch events, exhibitions, and brand activations to create buzz and visibility.
• Manage partnerships with local influencers, event agencies, and media partners.
• Drive customer engagement through innovative offline promotions and loyalty programs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Will be trained in Corporate Office for 3 months and will be working at different locations of BHIMA showrooms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in Marketing
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer preferences.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ready to work for 6 days at office
