Store Executive

Job Summary

To manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance, purchase coordination, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Responsibilities

• Handle material receipt and issue as per approved requirements.
• Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
• Ensure proper store maintenance and material arrangement.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams for material requirements.
• Support purchase activities and follow up on material availability.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper cost control and minimize material wastage.
• Update material transactions accurately in ERP.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Mall / Infrastructure will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP (MM) and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
