Store Executive

EXECUTIVE STORE

Role

Manage store operations, inventory control, material receipt, storage and issue. Ensure accurate stock records, proper material handling, timely availability of materials and compliance with company procedures and SAP/system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, issue and transfer.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans and required documents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
  • Ensure timely issuance of materials to Production and other concerned departments.
  • Maintain proper material identification, storage and traceability.
  • Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain SAP/system transactions related to material receipt, issue, transfer and inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment of materials.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, loss or shortage.
  • Maintain store discipline, 5S, documentation and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/periodic inventory reports and other store-related documentation.

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

3 to 5 Years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory operations, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
