Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Kanpur. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory handling, stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched. The role involves interacting with customers and dealer partners, addressing product inquiries, and supporting sales activities within the store. The Store Executive will maintain store hygiene and display standards, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and stock availability, and assist in implementing promotional activities. The position requires adherence to company policies, basic reporting on store performance, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with experience in front-line interaction and support.
• Background in retail operations and store management, preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG.
• Sales skills with the ability to support upselling, cross-selling, and achievement of store targets.
• Effective communication abilities for clear interaction with customers, dealer partners, and internal teams.
• Educational background in commerce or a related field; a bachelor's degree or diploma is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, billing systems, and MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in maintaining records and stock accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Kanpur, with flexibility to support peak hours and store requirements.
