Store Executive

Job Summary

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for procurement of medicines and related goods across assigned centers. Ensure timely indenting, ordering, and receipt of medicines and supplies at each center. Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages as well as minimize expiries. Ensure timely processing and adjustment of credit notes and debit notes. Monitor and manage near-expiry and non-moving inventory, ensuring effective liquidation. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to procure goods at competitive and cost-effective rates. Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments, invoice tracking, and accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Qualification: B. Pharma / D. Pharma
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the advent field - Healthcare / Pharma
• Should have valid state registration along with PPP Card
